These are the two main benefits of having a personal trainer, and with me in your corner you can guarantee that’s exactly what you’ll get. You will receive a personalised training plan, tailored to your preferences and abilities as well as full nutrition programming and support. You can take the guesswork out of health & fitness and know you are making progress every single day.
Training sessions last between 45-60 minutes and can be anywhere from 2-6 times per week. I don’t have any ‘one-size-fits-all’ programs, so no 2 are ever the same! We’re all different, so our training and nutrition needs to reflect that.
