Frequently asked questions.
Why don’t you include prices on your website?
I offer a number of packages and levels of service to suit all kinds of different needs and I try to keep my prices as fair and competitive as possible. One size doesn’t fit all and every persons needs and wants are different, but to give you an idea - personal training sessions start from £35 per session, packages from £150 per month and online coaching from £60 per month.
I go to a different gym, can you still train me?
While I won’t be able to train with you in a different gym, I can train you at home in person or offer online coaching including a tailored training plan, nutrition guidance and ongoing support. You can find out more HERE.
How long will it take to see results?
It depends on where you are starting from and what you are working towards. During our initial consultation I will work with you to set realistic goals and expectations. In my experience, 3 months is the average time it takes to notice appreciable results (this is why I ask for a minimum of 3 months commitment from my clients) however the physiological benefits start within the first few weeks!
How many days per week do I need to workout?
Similarly to the last question, it ultimately depends on you and your goals. As a minimum I recommend training 2 times per week and at most 6 times, however you may not need to workout that many times if it doesn’t align with your objectives. Sessions can be anywhere from 30-60 minutes depending on your schedule and time availability. Rest assured - you don’t need to be exercising for several hours a day to see amazing results!
Ok, I’m interested - how do I sign up?
I’m thrilled to hear it! I ask all clients to fill out this ENQUIRY FORM and book in for a phone call with me at a time that suits them. The call will be all about you - your goals, schedule, past, present and future. If I believe I have the skillset to help and we both think it’s a good match we’ll organise a time to meet up for a full consultation and fitness assessment. We can then start to put together a plan of action and if it sounds good to you - we’ll get you booked in and signed up, simple!
Do I need to download the app to work with you?
Not at all - if you don’t want to download and use the EverFit app, that’s ok. I can send your plans across by email to you, or you can just leave the record keeping to me! The app is optional, but I do recommend it as it puts you in the picture to see what’s coming, your progress and more. It also gives us a handy way to keep in touch and send useful info to each other. You can see more info abut EverFit HERE.
