This form is important as it will help me gauge your progress and gives me the all important insight into how you’re doing and if I need to address any problems you may come across. It is important to the success of the plan that you complete this every other week. It helps me to analyse your progress, to improve injury prevention, it gives you accountability and through changes in your weight, we can both see how well you’re doing. If needed, it will also help me to see if the plan needs to be tweaked to help you maintain the progress you’re making.

The plan is also there to make you more aware of what’s happening in your body and how well you’re doing. You might not necessarily see it when you look in the mirror every day, but these weekly updates will be a welcome reminder of the changes happening in your body.
